In the second part of last week's Firestorm story, the fall out from the explosion rains down on Team Flash. Seconds after the burst that ended the last episode, Ronnie Raymond and Professor Stein are pulled from a smoking crater on the outskirts of Central City. Then the army shows up and looks for a meta-human they can weaponize. Ronnie and Barry have a similarity in that they are the Reluctant Hero-type. Arrow: Canaries

CAPE TELEVISION CERTIFIED SPOILER FREE REVIEW™

The episode opens with the best Thea scene ever. Based on her evolution as a character, you can't bring on crime-fighting Speedy soon enough. When Oliver was "dead", the team learned to function without him and now that he's back, there is a little tension. When Dinah is drugged in the field, she imagines that she is fighting her sister Sara. The set pieces of the episode are in the Canary on Canary violence.
